This clean air handling unit is a terminal part of the air conditioning system, it mainly consists of supply air fan section, cooling coil (heating coil) section, different class of filter section and other functional section. It is mainly for purification, or clean room application. If there is any different requirement other than the standard product, please inform, will have customization upon request.
7 Filters

High efficiency compact cell filters, class H10 to H13, fixed with brackets, nuts and bolts or clamps to a heavy galvanized steel gasketed structure.
7.3 Filter option
Carbon & glass-fiber combined bag filter Camcard, chemical filter cylinders ambient filter.
9 Dampers
Damper shall have high strength extruded aluminum blade, ABS drive-gear, and shall be mounted internally / externally. The blades shall be fitted with “O”-type sealing gasket.
AHU combination models
1 Model A
Characteristic:
The fan postposition, that all of the handling equipment are in the negative pressure section. The unit’s length is short, and convenient for installation. This scheme is applicable for the general systems which have no cleanliness request or the clean systems that the unit’s length is limited.
As the figure shown, it is the basic model of the A combination scheme, basic function section includes: mixing box, pre-filter, main filter, cooling coil, heater, humidifier, fan and motor, etc. On this basis, users can also increase or decrease other function sections according to need.
2 Model B
Characteristic:
The fan preposition, that the main filter and other main parts are in the positive pressure section, this is advantageous to shelter the coil and drain off the condensed water. This scheme is broadly applicable for the clean air conditioning system.
As the figure shown, it is the basic model of the B combination scheme, basic function section include: mixing box, fan and motor, diffuser, pre-filter, main filter, cooling coil, heater, humidifier, etc. On this basis, users can also increase or decrease other function sections according to need.
3 Model C
Characteristic:
The fan placed in middle position, that the main filter is in the positive pressure section and other parts are in the negative pressure section. This scheme is extensively applicable for the clean air conditioning system.
As the figure shown, it is the basic model of the C combination scheme, basic function section includes: mixing box, pre-filter, cooling coil, heater, humidifier, fan and motor, diffuser, main filter and outlet section, etc. On this basis, users can also increase or decrease other function sections according to need.
4 Model D
Characteristic:
Having supply fan and return fan, the system can realize variable fresh air flow running. This scheme is applicable for the general systems which have no cleanliness request or comfort air conditioning system.
As the figure shown, it is the basic model of the D combination scheme, basic function section include: return fan, combined mixing box, pre-filter, main filter, cooling coil, heater, humidifier, supply fan etc. On this basis, users can also increase or decrease other function sections according to need.
